Insulation made easy
SPU Anselmi is a ready-coated insulation board for new building and renovation. The insulation boards are suitable for the interior thermal insulation of walls, ceilings and floors, as well as for thermally insulating cold spaces when combined with other SPU insulation boards.
Space-saving
SPU Anselmi is a highly efficient heat insulation board that allows wall structures with a thickness approximately half that needed when using wool insulation, leaving as many square metres of useful space as possible. Less thickness also means that door jambs and window bays are more elegant.
Quick and easy
SPU Anselmi is at its best in renovation applications where the new insulation layer can be installed straight onto the old, healthy structure. Fixing the insulation board in place is quick and easy, and the rooms being renovated do not need to be emptied. The lightweight insulation boards can be cut, milled and drilled to reach exact measurements. SPU Anselmi is suited for both stone and timber structures.
Protects structures
Additional insulation protects the old structure from moisture and prevents mould damage. Thanks to SPU Anselmi, the structure becomes airtight, so no separate airproofing or vapour barrier layer is necessary. Sealing foam is applied to ensure the tightness of joints.
Proven to be safe
SPU insulation boards do not become damaged by moisture or shrinkage, decay or mould, and their heat insulation qualities do not change over the years. SPU insulation boards are also fire-safe - personal safety in an SPU-insulated house and a wool-insulated house is the same in a fire situation (

The effectiveness of SPU insulation boards has been tested in many independent studies conducted by, for instance, Tampere University of Technology (TUT) and the Technical Research Centre of Finland (VTT). SPU insulation boards were the first insulation boards to be granted the cleanest emissions classification of M1. SPU insulation boards bear the CE product marking and have a ten-year guarantee.
