Quick and easy

SPU Sauna-Satu is easy to install correctly and is suited for all buildings regardless of the frame material and age of the building. SPU Sauna-Satu is fastened directly onto a stone wall or timber frame. Sealing and firming the tongue-and-groove joint with sealing foam and aluminium tape makes the sauna structure efficient, safe and reliable, and ensures it functions technically correctly even in demanding conditions. The sauna plinth tiles can be fitted directly onto the surface of the SPU Sauna-Satu insulation boards without any expensive and time-consuming additional work. A thickness of 30 mm of SPU Sauna-Satu corresponds to a 70 mm structure of studding and insulating wool.

The SPU Sauna-Satu product has been subjected to numerous independent studies evaluating the board’s vapour-tightness, thermal insulation capacity, long-term heat tolerance and insulation cleanness as well as sauna heating times.
 
We give a ten-year guarantee on SPU Sauna-Satu insulation board. SPU insulation boards have received the cleanest emissions classification of M1.
